One of my New Year’s Resolution for the Year 2020 is to listen to more podcast. I have started a little last year listening to Optimal Living Daily and later on came across On Purpose with Jay Shetty  on Spotify. To make it more meaningful, I decided to write a reflection depends on the episode that I listened to.
